Ken is right! While running with others, the six foot rule is a poor guideline. The breath of a person ahead is entrained into that person's slipstream and persists well beyond six feet. I haven't heard anything about Pedal and Plod for this year yet, but I'll post information as soon as I get it. It has been on the fourth or fifth Sunday of July.

Thanks, Vic. I hope that putting a preview of the Message Board on the home page helps revive the Message Board.

But the actual website upgrade is still in the works. It's taken me a lot longer to get myself somewhat up to date than I expected. I thought that it would be done in January... :roll:
