Does anyone know what they do in saratoga if they don't have enough snow.Do they have a trailrun or just cancel. That goes for wilton also. Bad year in the NYS capital region for snow this year.

looks like the race app for Saratoga says:

'SNOW CONDITIONS: IF NO SNOW, WILL HAVE A TRAIL RACE. NO REFUNDS.'

Latest word is that It'll be a trail run. They did once before.
Final word will be Thursday, most likely. Camp Saratoga looks good for snow.

Northfield and Saratoga Winterfest

Postby edtrnews » Fri Feb 05, 2010 1:48 pm

Northfield will be a snowshoe race Saturday, Winterfest is a snowshoe race so far... check the snowshoe welcome page late Saturday Night, and I will place any "new" information across the upper top of the page regarding changes to Winterfest.

If anyone is not getting the weekly emails I send out regarding the conditions and updates, and you would like to, send me an email asking to be placed on the list.

Saratoga is a snowshoe for Sunday.

Northfield was not in doubt, it will be a snowshoe on Saturday.

See snowshoe web "welcome" page (home page) for some added information.
