Barefoot runner at 7 sisters

I heard that there was a barefoot runner at 7 sisters this year. (No Five Fingers, no sandals, nothing). He ran a decent time as well apparently. I find that absolutely mind blowing! I didn't imagine that it was humanly possible to run over such a rocky trail without suffering bruises, cuts or fractures.

Does anyone know who that person was? Are there any pictures of this incredible feat (no pun intended)?

I wonder if it's connected to Jesus Christ being hit at the crosswalk in nearby Northampton. see: http://wnyt.com/article/stories/S1551170.shtml?cat=657
maybe he wanted to get off the roads.
At the crosswalk, the driver said "he appeared out of nowhere".
